This page explains how to permanently delete your Keepiva account and the data stored with it. Keepiva is published by Md. Sazid Hossain.
Deleting your Keepiva data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you pay for Premium through Google Play, cancel the subscription in Google Play as well, or you may still be charged.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Keepiva on your phone
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete all my data
- Confirm the deletion
This deletes your account, items, brands, stores and promo redemptions straight away.
Delete without the app
Email us at sazid.hossain.1433@gmail.com from the email address on the account.
- Say that you want your Keepiva account and data deleted
- If you used Keepiva as a guest, include the user ID shown in Settings (open the app on that phone if you still can)
We will reply and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account (guest or signed-in)
- Vault items, notes, dates and amounts
- Brands and stores you added
- Promo code redemptions tied to that account
What may remain for a while
Copies in provider backups (for example Supabase) may remain until those backups roll over in the normal backup cycle.
Subscriptions and billing
Account deletion does not stop Google Play billing. To cancel Premium:
- Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Or visit Google Play subscriptions
