These terms explain how you may use Keepiva. By using the app or this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Keepiva.

Using Keepiva
You can use Keepiva as a guest or with a signed-in account (email and password, or Google).
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Guest use — important risk
Guest data is tied to the phone. If you uninstall the app or lose the phone, you can lose that data unless you create an account first so your vault can follow you.
Inactive guest data is deleted after 24 months without using the app.
Free plan
- You can keep up to 3 items of each type: warranties, subscriptions, and loans/EMIs
- Expired warranties, ended subscriptions and closed loans still count toward those limits
- Deleting an item frees a slot
Premium
- Premium gives you unlimited items of every type
- Premium needs a signed-in account
- Guests cannot buy Premium or redeem promo codes — sign up or sign in first
Subscriptions (1, 6 and 12 month plans)
- All Premium plans renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
- Billing and refunds follow Google Play’s policies for now. Keepiva may add its own refund policy later
When Premium ends
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You simply cannot add new items to a type that is already full under the Free limits.
Promo codes
- Issued by us
- No cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- One use per account
- Cannot be used while the account already has Premium
- May expire or have a limited number of uses
- We can cancel codes obtained by abuse
Reminders and advice
- Reminders are not guaranteed. Phone settings, battery savers or missing notification permission can block them
- Keepiva is not financial or legal advice
- You are responsible for checking real warranty terms, loan contracts and subscription terms with the provider
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Keepiva. That includes trying to break the service, abuse promo codes, harass others, or use the app in ways that are illegal.
We may end or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Limits of liability
Keepiva is provided as a personal organiser for dates and amounts you enter. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed renewals, expired warranties, failed reminders, or losses that come from relying only on the app. Always check the original documents and providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
