This policy explains what Keepiva collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how you can delete your data. It is written in plain English for normal people.

Data we collect
If you use Keepiva as a guest
- A random user id from anonymous sign-in
- No name or email
If you create an email account
- Your email address
- Your password (handled by Supabase’s sign-in system and stored hashed — we cannot read the original password)
- Whether your email is verified
If you sign in with Google
- The email address and Google account id from Google’s sign-in token
- We do not get your Google password or your contacts
Vault data you enter
- Items (warranties, subscriptions, loans/EMIs), notes, dates, amounts
- Brands and stores you add
Plan data
- Your plan (Free or Premium)
- Premium end date, if any
- How you got Premium (purchase or promo code)
- Promo codes you redeemed
Technical data
- Platform and app version
- Last time the app contacted Keepiva’s services
- IP addresses in provider logs
What we do not collect
- Card or payment details — Google Play handles payment
- Location
- Contacts
- Photos or files — there is no image or document upload in this version
We do not show ads, we do not use analytics or trackers on the website or in the app for advertising, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase — stores accounts (guest via anonymous sign-in, email and password, or Google) and all vault data in a hosted database in Asia (Singapore or India)
- EBN Host — hosts this website and sends our account emails (verification and password reset) from
no-reply@keepiva.site - RevenueCat — purchase status, linked by our user id, only for signed-in accounts. Guests never get a RevenueCat id
- Google — Google sign-in and Google Play billing
Reminders
Reminders are scheduled on your phone as local notifications. We do not send push notifications from the cloud. The app asks for notification permission so it can show those reminders.
Security
- HTTPS only
- Passwords are handled by Supabase’s sign-in system and stored hashed
- Each account can only read its own data
How long we keep data
- We keep your data while your account exists
- Guest data that has not contacted us for 24 months is deleted
- Signed-in accounts are kept until you delete them
- Deleted data may remain in provider backups until those backups roll over
Your rights and deletion
You can delete your account and data:
- In the app: Settings → “Delete all my data”
- Or through our account deletion page
Important: deleting your Keepiva data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that in Google Play if you no longer want to be billed.
Children
Keepiva is not meant for children under 13.
This website
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or trackers. It is a static site for product information and legal pages.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For big changes, we mention them in the app.
